Advertisements

Fill out form below if you want to pay FPLOA to advertise your business. Definitions: Advertisement. A 2"x3.5" business card or other limited statement of products or services for sale. Examples include, but are not limited to: construction services; real estate for sale; home for rent; household cleaning, maintenance or repair; driveway clearing; landscape services, etc. Association. Forbes Park Land Owner Association. Fee. An established cost for advertising in FPLOA publications, which may change from time to time as approved by the Board Publication. FPLOA e-newsletter (The Bugler), or FPLOA website classified section (tab). Procedure 1. Vendors, contractors, retail businesses or Association members may place appropriate advertisements in FPLOA publications for the sale of products, real estate or services, only. A proposed advertisement will be submitted in electronic format to the Park Manager together with a written "Request to Advertise" and payment for the ad for the duration requested. FPLOA members may advertise lots/homes for sale at no cost. 2. The Park Manager or designee will forward the proposed advertisement and request to the Chairperson of the Communication Committee, who will place the advertisement in the designated publication(s) for the period of time purchased. Limitations 1. The Chairperson of the Communications Committee may approve the placement of the advertisement. In the event of concern over the content of a proposed advertisement, the Chairperson shall refer the request to the President. The Association may decline to accept or continue any advertisement in the sole discretion of the President, who shall report any rejection of an advertisement to the Board of Directors, together with the reasons for its rejection. The Board may take such action as deemed appropriate in the Board’s sole discretion. 2. Ads placed in a FPLOA publication are not an endorsement by the Association of a business, its products or services. FPLOA publications will contain a disclaimer stating: PAID ADVERTISEMENTS. FPLOA DOES NOT ENDORSE OR RECOMMEND ANY ADVERTISER
